All information is provided by you and you are responsible for the accuracy of such information. This may be existing providers for details of your pensions, investments or insurance, or your accountant for financial and tax details.
How we use your information
We need details of your personal and financial circumstances, objectives and attitude to risk in order to advise you and to act in your best interests. The lawful basis for holding and processing this data is “contract” (it is necessary to provide the services you have agreed) and “legal obligation” (necessary to comply with anti Money Laundering legislation and the Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority).
